In order to further strengthen the construction of party organizations, give full play to the role of party organizations as a fighting fortress, and improve organizational cohesion, appeal, and combat effectiveness, the Party Branch of the Switchgear Company of the Communist Party of China held a party member meeting on July 30 to elect a new branch committee.

The congress strictly followed the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, the Regulations on the Election of the Basic-level Organizations of the Communist Party of China and the relevant election procedures, and adopted a secret ballot to elect the new Party branch committee members. Subsequently, the new Party branch committee held its first meeting, elected the secretary and deputy secretary, and clarified the division of labor among the committee members.

Comrade Jiang Yinhao made important instructions on production and operation from the aspects of political construction, theoretical study, party member development, business integration, etc. The meeting required the party branch to regularly organize three meetings and one class, carry out various forms of party organization activities, attach importance to the training of party activists, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, and do a good job in collecting materials on typical deeds and key tasks of the enterprise, do a good job in publicity from production, sales, and quality assurance, and enhance the company's reputation. At the meeting, Jiang Yinhao, secretary of the party branch, focused on introducing the personnel composition of the new branch committee and the deployment of related work.

The new branch committee team stated that it will continue to carry out learning and education activities under the strong leadership of the superior party organization, with the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party as the main line, enhance the political function and organizational strength of the party branch, and build the party branch into a strong fighting fortress for publicizing the party's propositions, implementing the party's decisions, uniting and mobilizing the masses, and promoting the innovation and development of the enterprise.
